Former National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has slammed Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka for incorporating Deputy President William Ruto in his Yatta land tenure case.

Kalonzo surrendered to Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI) following Ruto's claim that his Yatta land belonged to the state.
In addition, a group of lawyers led by Siaya County Senator James Orengo filed several cases against the Deputy President following his remarks.
But Garissa Town MP Aden Duale says Kalonzo deserves to clear himself of the allegations without involving Ruto in the case.
"If you have a case with DCI over NYS land and you want to clear your name, we wonder how William Ruto is involved there, go and defend yourself like Kalonzo," said Duale.
Duale made the remarks while donating a range of items to the victims of the fire that occurred two weeks ago.
The MP added that the only connection between Ruto and Kalonzo is that they are both in presidential race in the next general election.
Last week, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Deputy President William Ruto exchanged land grabbing allegations.
This is after Ruto claimed that Kalonzo had acquired the Yatta land illegally, while Kalonzo also claimed that Ruto had been implicated in several land grabbing cases in the country.
After Kalonzo presented himself to the DCI, he challenged Ruto to follow suit.
