It is a big win for the Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Raila Odinga as Head State President Uhuru Kenyatta makes a declaration ahead of the August presidential poll.

According to today's People Daily Newspaper, the Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta has declared that the Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Hon Raila Odinga is the best bet for Kenya.
The Head of State has further promised the ODM Party leader, the ODM Party Members of Parliament as well as Raila Odinga's supporters that he (Uhuru Kenyatta) will persuade the Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi and the Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Wetangula to reconsider their political stand of teaming up with the Deputy President Dr William Ruto and the Tangatanga brigade ahead of the August polls.
According to the publication, the President rallied the Western region leaders behind the ODM Party chief ahead of the August polls.
