The former member of Parliament is firm and clear that he is ready to serve in President Ruto's administration in other capacities. He refused to be a Cabinet Minister but that doesn't mean he was not ready to serve in other positions.

Kimani Ngunjiri is overly convinced that the president never appointed him as a Principal Secretary but was still hopeful. The former member of Parliament wants Ruto not to let his contributions in Kenya Kwanza go down the drain.
