Ruto's Portrait Hurriedly Mounted At Norfolk Before His Arrival At Safaricom Meeting On Fuliza

President William Ruto's portrait hurriedly mounted before he(Ruto) arrived to attend Safaricom, NCBA and KCB briefing on Fuliza.

President Ruto has said he graced the Safaricom meeting because he was sent by Safaricom customers.

Since his inauguration, the Norfolk seems not to have hanged President Ruto's portrait on the wall as per the laws.

According to the Ministry of Information Communications and Technology, in 2013, said that it was compulsory for government offices to have the official portrait in their offices.

As it is the norm in kenya, portraits of former President Uhuru Kenyatta were replaced with those of Ruto in major government buildings such as the State House.

Consequently, various institutions and business enterprises followed suit in implementing the tradition that dates back to the 60s.

Addressing Speaking the Telco companies, Ruto said he appeared in person to represent those who could reach the Safaricom offices.

Borrowers of Fuliza will, from October 1, 2022, be freed of daily maintenance charges for transactions below Sh1,000 in the first three days of borrowing.
