Deputy president William Ruto today taken his campaigns to Kitui county where he interacted with the locals. William Ruto has been visiting the Ukambani region in a bid to secure more votes from the region hence increasing his bargaining power.
William Ruto had taken the opportunity to highlight how hustler nation will help transform lives of many jobless and low income earners in Kenya. Ruto said it's time the just Kali sector, bodaboda and Mama mboga taken care of for the better_ness of the nation.
He also encourage the locals to join UDA party terming it the only national party in Kenya. He said it's time Kenya avoids regional and tribal parties for the sake of national unity.
While in ukambani William ruto was able to attract huge crowd from Kalonzo Musyoka's perceived bedroom. Kitui governor also has been against the deputy president since 2015 but the deputy president was still able to attract huge crowd. If this crowd can be the real votes, then Eastern region will be under a new kingpin. The crowds were witnessed in the photos the deputy president shared on his FB page.
