Lesson Learnt From Raila Odinga and Deputy William Ruto's Campaigns (Opinion)

Raila Odinga and deputy William Ruto are the two rivals who are at loggerheads battling for the top country's seat.

As far as the current politics is concerned there is a noticeable difference that is currently taking shape,in comparison to the previous campaigns politicians used to draw red lines on regions they call their strongholds making very difficult for their opponents to access such places.

Consequently this narrative seems to have defaced, nowadays each and every politician is free to access each and every part of Kenya they wish to drum their support from,as it has been envisaged from deputy Ruto in Nyanza and Raila Odinga in Uashin Gishu.

We have also learnt that in politics their is neither permanent enmity nor friendship and it shouldn't be taken as a matter of life and death, Raila under 'azimio la umoja' had tried to spread the gospel of togetherness as well as deputy Ruto in his various campaigns.
