Renowned constitutional lawyer Ndegwa Njiru has now send a clear warning to President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza government over increasing insecurity.
Taking to his Twitter account on Friday morning, the firebrand barrister who represented Azimio la Umoja at the Supreme Court of Kenya in the 2022 Presidential petition now wants Ruto to resign.
Ndegwa argues that should the government continue giving a deaf hear on the calls for security across the country, the only thing waiting them is a massive demonstration.
He insists that those thieves should be apprehended and face the full wrath of the law.
Ndegwa continues to add that everyone security should not be a favor but a right enshrined in the constitution.
"KENYANS @skmusyoka if the government of NABII @WilliamsRuto is not able to guarantee our SECURITY, we SHOULD DEMONSTRATE and let him know that KAZI YA WIZI SI KAZI.We will call for his RESIGNATION...No one is INDISPENSABLE....our security is not NEGOTIABLE.#SECURITYNOW,"said Ndegwa Njiru.
