The political zoning of various regions is taking shape in the country. Mount Kenya region has been an up hill task to the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition brigades to woo the area electorates to vote for them.
The Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya, who is one of the Azimio la Umoja bigwig, had a rough time drumming support for the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition flag bearer Raila Amollo Odinga. The Meru residents started heckling the Azimio brigades while chanting the name of the Kenya Kwanza Coalition presidential candidate, the deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto.
The Meru residents forced Peter Munya to flee and look for another favorable and welcoming ground.
