Gatundu South Member of Parliament, Hon. Moses Kuria who is currently in Karen Hospital has reacted after ICIJ delivered their ruling on the Kenya-Somalia maritime border dispute. The vocal MP has advised the Government to get Kenya Defence Forces out of Amison immediately.

In the ruling delivered by ICIJ, Somalia is set to get larger share of the disputed maritime. The judges have however called for dialogue between Kenya and Somalia leaders to resolve the contentious issue.
Hon. Moses Kuria has now advised the Government to deploy KDF forces on Kenya's legitimate territory and declare war with Somalia. He has further advised for the addition of Kenya Navy on the maritime borders.
@HonMoses_Kuria The ICIJ case on the Kenya-Somalia dispute is a waste of time. The only just settlement for territorial disputes is war. Simply get KDF out of Amison and deploy them on our legitimate territory and add our naval forces too
Kenyans are waiting to see the Government's next move pertaining to ICIJ ruling on the maritime border row. The Government of Kenya had earlier withdrawn from the case citing unfair hearing.
