The deputy president William Ruto landed in a village getting people asleep not aware of what was happening as they didn't know he would visit. Most of the people were very happy to see him in the village that they claim no political leader had ever gotten into that village.
Kibwezi residents could be seen celebrating with joy after Ruto surprise visit. It's clear he was not expected in the village something that shocked most of the people there unaware of what was actually happening.
It's a fact Ruto is pushing the bottom up approach model and is leaving nothing to chance in his quest to bring all Kenyans on board. Ruto is clear of his agenda and what he would want to accomplish moving into the 2022 general general election with his clear vision and mission being to uplift lives of the ordinary Kenyans.
