UDA supporters in Juja have been heard chanting William Ruto’s name on Wednesday morning after it emerged that the hustler candidate is leading as vote counting is almost coming to an end. This is happening despite the Jubilee candidate protesting the results claiming that there was widespread rigging of votes in the mini polls.
According to Susan Njeri who is the wife of the late Juja Member of Parliament Francis Waititu, not all votes that were cast were counted and therefore concerns have been raised about the votes that have been left out.
She now demands that the election body mandated to carry out the elections organize fresh poles that are up to standard. At the moment Moses Kuria’s candidate is headed for a comfortable victory in an election that many observers say is the last nail to the jubilee coffin. Do you think that Jubilee has any chance of surviving this year? React below.
