Wycliffe Oparanya is a Kenyan politician from the Western Region of Kenya. He has been in politics for quit sometime now. He is one of the deputy party leader of the Orange Democratic Movement party of Kenya. Hon Wycliffe Oparanya is the current serving retiring incumbent Governor for Kakamega County. He is known to be a die hard supporter of ODM party leader Hon Raila Amolo Odinga.
Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has broken his silence ahead of Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto and Amani National Congress party leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi joint rally in Bungoma as he delivered sad news. According to him, he condoled with the family of the fallen die hard supporter of Harambee Stars and AFC Leopards Mr Isaac Juma who died some hours ago.
"I have learnt with profound shock and sadness of the sudden death of Mr Isaac Juma. Juma was a devoted and entertaining football enthusiast who graced many sporting activities in the County and entire Country. He was number one fan of @HarambeeStars_ and @AFCLeopards."
