Aspiring president, Raila Odinga has critized the Jubilee government for what he claimed that they have sent Kenya into a major debt crisis. This happens as Kenya continues to owe trillions of cash which was borrowed in the short period Uhuru had been in the Government. This happens as it is said that Kenya made a debt of 7 Trillion in this short president Uhuru's regime.
Raila critized Uhuru's government for doing this yet he picked over from Mwai Kibaki who had less than 2 Trillion debt. Explaining further on this, Raila said that the only problem with Jubilee was that it always borrowed short term loans with high interest rates.
This is different with Kibaki's government which borrowed long term loans at low interest rates. Raila said that the other problem with Jubilee Government was that it awarded contracts expensively causing wastage of government funds that could be used to do something else.
