Raila vows to imprison corrupt leaders in Kamiti and Shimo la Tewa prisons

Raila Odinga and his Azimio la Umoja brigade took their campaigns to Narok county today. Their mega rally was held at the Ntimama stadium and hundreds of locals were in attendance.

Mr Odinga reiterated his promise to tackle corruption in Kenya. He said that if elected as president, he would empower the prosecution bodies. This would ensure corrupt leaders are brought to justice.

The ODM leader reminded the excited crowd that he had been to prison before. He claimed that he knew his way around the correctional institutions unlike his competitors.

Several top leaders in the Azimio camp were in attendance. Martha Karua who was chosen to be the presidential running mate was present. Kitui governor, Charity Ngilu, also attended the rally.

The leaders who spoke reminded Kenyans that their interests were safe with a Raila-Karua presidency. They said that the duo could be trusted with Kenya's vast resources unlike their political rivals.
