Ruto Left in Stitches After Governor Kingi Did Press-ups on Top of His Car During Kilifi's Rally

Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi on Wednesday pulled a surprise move during Deputy President William Ruto's rally in his county after he did press-ups on top of the DP's car before he took the microphone to address the residents.

The Pamoja African Alliance party leader joined the Kenya Kwanza Alliance team that is led by Ruto, a few weeks ago, and has been drumming up support and that of his political party towards Ruto's presidential bid.

Kingi's exercise act on top of Ruto's car left the DP and the residents in stitches.

The second term governor called upon the residents to support Ruto since he is the only presidential candidate who has the interests of Kenyans at heart, hitting out of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance camp that is led by the ODM party leader Raila Odinga.

Kingi argued that Raila's last tour in the county had all of the speakers making him as the agenda, compared to Ruto who has listened to the problems the residents, traders, small and medium enterprises are going through.

On Tuesday, Kingi was among other leaders who accompanied Ruto to Taita Taveta Couny, dismissing the Ministry of Lands Slot assigned to Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho by Raila in the Azimio government.
