
President William Ruto on Monday morning responded to Azimio leader Raila on his calls for country wide mass action.The Azimio leader had said the intention by the government to summon and question the four IEBC commissioners was uncalled for.He said the coalition would hold mass action to defend the commissioners who are allgedly being targeted illegally.
Ruto in his message to the opposition said organizing demonstrations and getting Kenyans to do what the Azimio side wants to do was not part ofwhat entailed holding the governnent into action.Ruto also said doing street demonstrations should not be in the plans of the opposition since it does not work for anybody.

He added that the political noise in the country was a testament that the country was a democracy.
"President William Ruto has said the noise in the country is a clear indicator that everyone is doing their work and everything will fall in place as his administration takes shape," he said.
