Even before Kenyans knew there would be a press conference,Raila Odinga was seen in a jeshi la baba regalia preparing for a press conference later during the day and Kenyans were eagerly waiting for it.
After few hours of waiting, the Azimio leaders finally came with both of them dressed in the"jeshi la baba" regalia except for Kalonzo Musyoka and Martha Karua. All the other leaders including Raila Odinga,Eugene Wamalwa, Jeremiah Kioni and Makau Mutua are dressed in the jeshi la baba regalia.
With Kalonzo and Karua coming out different from others,it sparked mixed reactions with Kenyans questioning why they wouldn't just dress like the other Azimio leaders because the occasion was based on that.
To others Kalonzo and Karua are lawyers and they understand the consequences of putting on such clothes. The regalia is written on Baba the 5th and to some they insist Kalonzo is very wise and he is playing safe just incase anything happens he will be safe always.
