The ODM party Raila Odinga today addressed with the people of Nairobi. He made stopovers in Ruaraka and Nairobi CBD.The former Prime Minister was accompanied by his close alies like Hon. Anthony Oluoch of Mathare constituency who also got an opportunity to address the crowd.
Interestingly, Odinga did something interesting to the boda boda riders at Nairobi CBD. He gave them Ksh. 20,000 to fuel their motorcycles. This is due the high cost of fuel that is currently witnessed in the country. This is a reported by Citizen television on Facebook page.
The Azimio leader had been fighting against the issuing of handout to the public by politicians. He condemned the act during the campaign period when his closest opponent William Ruto was giving handouts in political rallies. We still don't understand why Raila has changed his mind about the issue of handout.
