Its such amazing that government officials, seems to have themselves reminded that they have to be on time during all working hours.
During President Ruto's retreat cabinet meeting last week,we witnessed him turning away 3 Permanent Secretaries for arriving late at his meeting.
Details have shown that ,the action brought a cold fear in the spine of many as one of the PSs started arriving at work by 6 Am.
According to reports, its seems that President Ruto's actions reminded the man that there are many people who have no jobs and if by any chance, are given a job they can embrace it with all their energy.
Fearing the outcome of being turned away, the man has now bleged loyalty to his works as he moves away from 9Am arrival to 6Am arrival.
Looking at a pigger picture, its clearly to note that some people tend to be pushed so as to focus on survice delivery.
