
Political temperatures continue to rise as the upcoming general elections, scheduled for August 9, near, with politicians busy holding campaign rallies to guarantee that they win the elections.
Raila Odinga, the leader of the ODM party, has been actively hitting the ground wherever he goes to ensure he gains more votes in the region since announcing Martha Karua as his running mate. Raila Odinga is taking his campaign to Bungoma today, where he was warmly received. Residents greeted him with open arms and he was warmly welcomed.
"The energy we've seen in rural Bungoma County is inspiring. We shall spare no effort to ensure we engage Kenyans right across the board, right across the nation. We keep going." ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga stated.
