Speaker Justin Muturi Tells Off Raila-Ruto, Makes His 2022 Political Stand Clear

National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi has dismissed talks of deputizing other presidential candidates issuing fresh details.

According to the National Assembly Speaker, he has informed that his focus is the Presidency and that he is in no way going to step down to somebody else as others are alleging.

Muturi has asked leaders peddling propaganda about his 2022 political bid to stop.

“I can never be anyone's running mate, so those who are telling me to deputize someone should stop and know I'm in this race without turning back,” National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi has said.

The remarks from the speaker put him among Presidential aspirants who are targeting the country's top seat in ensuring that they fill in the seat that will be left vacant after President Uhuru's exit.

Among leaders who have declared that they will be running for the Presidency are the One Kenya Alliance Leaders namely Wiper Party Leaders Kalonzo Musyoka, Amani National Congress Party Leader Musalia Mudavadi, Kenya African National Union Party Leader Gideon Moi.

Also in the race are Deputy President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga who is settling on December 10th to reveal whether he will be on the race or not.
