Sunday today on 21 March 2021, Kimilili member of Parliament has shocked netizens with his abrupt decision. Through his official tweet account, addressing people in his home town he revealed he will be taking political leave. "I will be taking four months political leave and focus on the needs of kimilili people, I want to prioritize them," says Hon. Barasa.
His move has left a lot of Kenyans surprised as they couldn't believe Hon. Barasa could ditch his boss. Kimilili mp went ahead and revealed what he will be up to considering his political break.

Barasa's move is a blow to deputy president William Ruto as one of his own has decided to ditch him. Kenyans are happy about Didymus Barasa decision as they have told him it's nice he has come to his senses and put member nation ahead of some political movement.
