Further reports reveals that the President will only make spontaneous trips in the region while inspecting or launching Jubilee projects.
"He (Uhuru) is free to continue telling Kenyans to vote for Raila anytime he inspects the numerous projects he's completed," the source said.
In this regard, the source noted that plans are already in place for the President to launch the completed projects on Mount Kenya.
Possible beginning areas have been identified as the Sh13 billion Thiba Dam and the Kenol-Marua dual road.
