Orange Democratic Movement Party Secretary General Edwin Sifuna and his counterpart in Suna East Member of Parliament Hon Junet Mohamed are now surrounded by a group of armed police officers who wants to arrest them, in connection with the voters bribery that was witnessed in Bonchari today in the morning, KTN News has reported.Speaking to KTN News via the phone, Edwin sifuna has now reported that the are surrounded somewhere in Kisii town in an hotel, where a group of GSU and AP officers are now forcing them to open the door or face the consequences. In the hotel, Edwin admitted that they are with Junet, Sihanya amongst other ODM Party leaders and they were planning on how to rescue their leader Hon Bosire who has been arrested by police today.
"Right now am with my friend Junet. Our vehicles and phones have been tracked and I can tell you that one might think that we are gangsters because around 5 GK vehicles and armed police officers have sorroucned this place. They have accuse us of being engaged in the ongoing voter's bribery in Bonchari, a but that is not our plan," Sifuna told KTN.
At the same time, Edwin sifuna has now claimed that the Jubilee Party is the one responsible for the alleged voter's bribery since the video clip is now viral. He has accused Uhuru of planning to overturn the will of people.
