One of the Kenya Alliance's next acts could jeopardize Dr. William Ruto's bid for the presidency. If Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, Gideon Moi, and Cyrus Jirongo joined Azimio la Umoja, I believe Ruto's state ambitions would be smashed.
By committing to back RAILA, the governors of Ukambani have declared war on Kalonzo. Kalonzo's power in Ukambani will be slashed if the three governors betray him. He might intends to join Azimio in the hopes of becoming the DP to save his political career. According to Kalonzo, Mudavadi is likely to join Azimio on the 23rd during the NDC.
In my opinion, Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka will choose to partner up with Azimio before Mudavadi for the DP seat since he cannot run for President alone. Of course, if Mudavadi enters before KALONZO, he would win the spot; however, if they both enter at the same moment, the slot will go to the Mt Kenya region.
