Just recently, Francis Atwoli and Western Governors Wycliffe Oparanya, Wangamati, Otichilo and Ojamong almost brought the nation to a standstill when they came out to confirm that they had appointed COTU boss Francis Atwoli to be the Luhya coordinator in the 2022 general election.
That is a move that raised many reactions and today, DP William Ruto's man Rashid Echesa broke his silence on the matter. Through his official twitter account, Rashid Echesa who seemed confused asked for elaboration on if Atwoli dethroned Mudavadi before he gave the COTU secretary general a tough task.
That is because the former Sports CS asked Atwoli to convey a meeting with all Luhya leaders irregardless of their political affiliation so that they can discuss Luhya matters in details.
"I am therefore asking kuka Atwoli that if you are serious on matters luhyah unity then convey a meeting with a face of all Luhya leaders, stakeholders and opinion leaders regardless of their political affiliations ndio tuambiane ukweli." Tweeted Rashid Echesa.
