Kakamega governor Frenandaz Barasa has spend a good day at EACC offices where he was being grilled over 1.8 billion shillings mega scandal something that he has confessed that it happened but they sorted out.
Speaking immediately after coming out of EACC offices, Barasa says they had a contractor from Spain and they released the contractor was broke that made them to terminate his contract and send him away.
He added that as he speaks he is so proud because he delivered a project that was very complicated in 7 months by himself and that makes him so proud.He says he believes in accountability that's why he visited EACC offices so that he can account for the 1.8 billion
He also revealed that his grilling at EACC is not political because it's something that has been there and he was supposed to go and account for it.He says he is a public officer and accountability is good and health.
