While opening UDA offices in Kisumu, Cleophas Malala talked well about Kenyan President William Ruto. He has talked about how he is such an amazing leader.
Cleophas Malala has caused laughter in Kisumu after he showed support to the ODM party leader Raila Odinga. This was regarding the issue of opening of IEBC server.
He has also asked why some people do not recognize William Ruto as the fifth president of the Republic of Kenya.
He has gone ahead to ask who is the president of Kenya. Clephas Malala has also said that just because William Ruto did not open the serves, does not mean he is not the president.
He later supported Raila by stating that he should go and open the IEBC server since he is an engineer. This is something that has caused so much laughter. Raila has been told to go ahead and open the servers by himself.
