The second in Command William Samoei Ruto is allegedly reported to have held a meeting with a section of members of the Parliament at his home Karen in Nairobi, and one of the major things that the deputy president are reported to have touched about is the well being of kenyan citizens through their health.
Taking to social media through his official twitter page, the deputy president revealed the National Hospital Insurance Funds, (NHIF) Bill is four years behind schede saying the roll out of Universal Health Care, (UHC).
As he was addressing his guest at his home Karen, the second in command reminded Kenyans that tomorrow is the single most important day in the life of the 12th Parliament as Kenyans await the passage of the bill.
According to him, the deputy president assured millions of Kenyans that the struggling by families to access health care services will come to an end once the bill is passed.
