Amani National Congress party leader honorable Musalia Mudavadi, has informed of what he told the BBI Proponents in the Bomas of Kenya before its downfall, issuing fresh details.
Recently, the Supreme Court of Kenya found that the BBI document was unconstitutional. Following on the doctrine of the basic structure read by the judges, they found that it was wise for the document to be nullified.
Musalia Mudavadi, has informed that despite he was supporting the document, he had told the BBI Proponents that if the BBI succeed they will have to amend it through having public participation.
"When we were in Bomas 1 talking about BBI, I told them them that if it was to succeed they needed to amend it like having full public participation in the process." Hon Musalia W Mudavadi said.
Musalia Mudavadi, was recently seen reading a statement in a presser celebrating the decision by the Supreme Court.
