Uganda President Yoweri Museveni has been facing plenty of challenges from opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi famously known as Bobi Wine. He hasn't been given any time to rest by Bobi Wine who has never accepted the election results.
As Yoweri Museveni is busy arranging for his swearing in ceremony, a new problem has come up thus leaving him sweating. That is because reports indicate that there is a looming strike of nurses and midwives over their unpaid lunch allowances.
"Nurses and midwives under their umbrella body Uganda Nurses and Midwives Union (UNMU) have vowed to continue with their sit-down strike until the government pays their accumulated lunch allowances." Tweeted NBS Television.
That is a big blow to President Yoweri Museveni who needs his nurses now than ever. That is because of the second wave of the corona virus pandemic in the country and speculations of the new variant of the deadly disease in the country.
