For the past few weeks, there have been speculations that all is not well in the handshake camp.
This was evident when Raila's allies led by Siaya Senator James Orengo came out gun blazing accusing key state officials of meddling with the BBI and trying to use it to plan for the 2022 succession.
Interior PS Karanja Kibicho was among the civil servants named by Raila allies as a stumbling block in the BBI process.
Raila's allies have now striked revealing what will happen soon if Uhuru continues to betray Raila.
Speaking to the Sunday Nation, the handlers who sought anonymity have now stated that a Ruto and Raila coalition could be looming in the event the feeling of Uhuru betraying Raila continues.
According to these handlers, Raila could soon be forced to punish President Uhuru for betrayal and this punishment would be by him working with DP Ruto.
They have further dismissed the Sacred Alliance Coalition and former Raila's NASA partners stating that Raila does not necessarily need them.
Raila and Ruto are increasingly being isolated by other regional kingpins such as Mudavadi, Kalonzo and Gideon Moi who have declared a war on them.
With only a year and a few months to the general elections, it remains uncertain if Raila and Ruto will indeed work together.
