Cleophas Malala Reacts To Raila Odinga's Latest Announcement As He Issues A Strong Statement

Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala, has explained how former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's latest announcement concerning the IEBC might be an indication that he has not publicly committed to accepting the outcome of the election.

While speaking during a rally in Gatundu on Sunday, Raila, who is among those eying for the top seat, stated that manual voter registers must be used during the August polls. He further stated that should the action not be taken, then no elections will be done.

Reacting to the announcement through his official Twitter account on Thursday morning, Malala blasted the ODM boss saying that he has not publicly accepted the outcome of the presidential elections and that's why he doesn't believe the IEBC will conduct a free and fair election.

"One minute, he believes that IEBC will conduct free, fair and verifiable elections. Next one, he doesn’t. Raila Odinga has not publicly committed to accept the outcome of the election without his usual ‘ifs’ & ‘buts’.

SAME OLD STORY! #SwearRutoIn #WakatiNiSasa," posed Malala.
