What Itumbi Has Raised About Ministries of Devolution And Labor After Uhuru Reshuffled Cabinet

President Uhuru Kenyatta carried out the long-awaited Cabinet reshuffle, which saw numerous Cabinet Secretaries and their respective principal secretaries moved from one department to another.

Dennis Itumbi, a well-known opponent of the handshake administration and a close supporter of the Deputy President, has responded to and spoken out against the recent changes to the ministries of devolution and labor.

On his Twitter account, he expressed his outrage that there is no regional balance in that one community leads both ministries and no problems have been addressed so far. CSs Charles Keter and Simon Chelugui are now in charge of the two departments, and they are all from the same Kalenjin community and also surprisingly their principal secretaries are their tribemates.

Itumbi is astounded that Kenya's National Cohesion and Integration Commission has remained mute on the issue. As a result, after tagging their respective ambassadors and High Commissioners in the tweet, he seems to want the United States and United Kingdom to be aware.
