Deputy President who is President elect met with United States congressional delegation at his Karen offices. The delegation was led by Delaware senator Chris Coon. On other side William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua led other Kenya Kwanza leaders during this big meeting with United States delegates.
On his twitter account, President elect William Ruto has revealed what the two sides discussed. According to the United Democratic Movement(UDA) leader the two sides talked about the just concluded election where he won the Presidential race ahead of Raila Odinga. The sides talked about election matters in country including keeping peace after the election.
Also, William Ruto has revealed that areas of cooperation between United States and Kenya was among the topic. This is meant to ensure to increase partnership between Kenya and US to ensure the citizens in these sides benefit at large. Ruto will be holding mamy meeting with foreign groups to ensure that his leadership goes well.
