"Kenya Loses 3 Trillion Annually on Corruption" David Mwaure.

Agano Party leader and Presidential candidate David Mwaure today launched his manifesto, becoming the last of the four 2022 Presidential candidates to launch their manifestos. The Agano Party manifesto majorly touched on fight against corruption in which their presidential hopeful made a number of revelations to Kenya's corruption history. Speaking at Garden Area, where the manifesto was being launched, Mwaure stated that Kenya has lost not less than 60 trillion on corruption for the past 6-20 years. This figure translates to nearly 3 trillion per year.

"We know the scarcity of truth in this nation has been unmanageable, we figured out that in the last 6 to 20 years, we have lost not less than KSh 60 trillion" Measure said while speaking at the manifesto launch event. Here is a short video of Mwaure's claims;

This statement means Kenya loses close more than it's annual budget with this year's budget standing at 3.3 trillion. Corruption has been a major setback in efforts to get Kenya forward with top presidential candidates putting forward measures to fight the giant. Mwaure's competitors to state house for instance Wajakhoya indicated intentions to take stern measures on corrupt leaders like hanging them.

Mwaure's manifesto has majored on corruption which other presidential candidates appeared to have only slightly touched on with no clear details on way forward in fighting the ill. Going by Mwaure's manifesto on corruption, I personally think he is best fit in fighting the giants with most of his proposals being more practical compared to his competitors.
