Embakasi East member of parliament honorable Babu Owino alias Paul Ongili today has protested after the government refused to disburse CDF money meant for education in his constituency. On his Facebook post, the Azimio Ally accused the government for denying helpless students from humble background to access education after delaying their bursaries money.
Angry Babu informed that his constituency were expecting a hundred million money meant for bursaries. He also blamed the government for delay payments among its stakeholders.
After the vocal MP was asked if the government is broke, the clever Babu Said that he don't think so because KK government every day collect taxes worth Ksh720Billion. He has gone ahead requesting his excellency president William Samoe Ruto to release children finds in his constituency.
