President Uhuru to Be in Office Until November if Court Nullifies Presidential Election;Lawyer Says


Popular City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has reacted, giving details on president Uhuru Kenyatta suppose Supreme court Nullifies Presidential Election. This comes as Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC announces William Ruto as president elect.

However, Azimio La Umoja's presidential Aspirant Raila Odinga has disagreed with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC on presidential election. Raila Odinga said they will move to court to challenge IEBC on presidential declaration.

However, Donald Kipkorir through the series of tweets has said that President Uhuru Kenyatta will remain in office until November if Supreme court Nullifies Presidential Election. According to Donald Kipkorir, President Uhuru Kenyatta will not leave office Until November 2022 suppose Supreme court Nullifies Presidential Election.
