President Uhuru Kenyatta is now facing pressure from DP Ruto's team over the alleged plan to auction Kenya ports.
As brought out by the two Kenya Kwanza top principals, that is the ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula, there is a deal which was signed by the Finance CS Ukur Yatani to action Mombasa and Kisumu ports.
The deal has however caused much controversies across the country as Kenyans have gone wild against the government for trying to let go those ports.
However, according to Kenya Kwanza team, they are proceeding with the matter to court since they now have a large number of lawyers at their corner that will ensure the government is sued over that deal.
Mudavadi on the other side has demanded the government to tell Kenyans on why the ports were being auction secretly without even public participation as guided by the Kenyan constitution.
