Tough Time In Ruto's UDA Party After Moses Kuria Received Good News From Courts On By Election

Chama Cha Kazi Party Leader Hounerable Moses Kuria, who is also aclose ally of Deputy president William Ruto has received good news from the courts, concerning a by Election which is expected to take place soon in Meru county. According to the court rullig, Hounerable Milton Mwenda is free to vie for Kiagu County assembly seat which was left vacant, after passing on of the incubent. Independent Electral commission had earlier on blocked Milton from vaying, forcing Moses Kuria to move to courts with an aim of overturning the decision.

With this rulling, tension is brewing within United Democratic party which is also fielding a candidate in the same Election. Kuria who is a member of UDA Party refused to withdraw his candidate from the race, claiming that his party is for the people and that he won't do something that will offend his supporters.

This means that Kuria will have to Campaign against his UDA Party Allies who are determined to capture the seat and expand Ruto's Influence in the region. With Kuria candidate on the ballot, it is going to be tuff for both UDA and Jubilee Party, keeping in mind that he is agood mobilizer. Well, let's wait and see how things will play out soon.
