Nairobi county governor Johnson Sakaja orders police officers to storm the city premises. Perhaps, the City boss initiates the exercise barely after a couple of days when he ordered Night clubs to be closed.
The Governor said that the county offices had been receiving complaints from several residents over the noise pollution in residential areas. Consequently, he took immediate action and authorized all nightclubs to be closed as he imposed strict rules in bars and Restaurants.
Perhaps, Nairobi is a big town encompassing various business premises including the mentioned ones. Nonetheless, some seem unappealing in the residential estates as people want to have restful nights.
As a result, Governor Johnson Sakaja on Sunday authorizes the men and women in uniform to ensure that his rules are respected and adhered to. The Restaurants and bars are also ordered to be strictly closed by the 2200 hours.
The following are the mixed reactions raised by Kenyans as others support the exercise while others oppose it.
