Martha Koome is one of the most powerful leaders currently in the country. For that reason, she is well known by many people around the nation. After she was sworn in as the Chief Justice, Martha Koome has been doing well but at the moment, there is a looming problem to her after the latest flow of events.
After the High Court made it's ruling on the 6 judges, many people knew that the judgement had left Martha Koome in a tight corner. While that is the case, the President of the Law Society of Kenya known as Nelson Havi has come out publicly to react on the ruling as he stated that the action which will be taken by Koome will either make her or break her.
"The judgment on the appointment of the six Judges is not a further indictment of President Uhuru Kenya. It is the biggest test on Chief Justice Martha Koome on whether she is Executive aligned or independent. She can only pass it by swearing-in the six judges on 5-11-2021." Tweeted LSK President Nelson Havi.
