Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua, has deconstructed Deputy President Dr William Ruto in his quest for presidency in upcoming 2022 general elections, saying that the second in command has no qualifications of being the president of Kenya since he has totally failed as the Deputy President. He is therefore not capable of delivering anything after failing on all the promises he made to Kenyans in the previous general elections.
Speaking on an interview with K24 television, Mutua argued that Ruto cannot make a good president and he cannot therefore back his presidential bid, after failing to deliver on the promises he made in the previous election like the stadiums laptops and many other promises. That shows that he has failed as the second in command which is a small league therefore he cannot perform in the top league as the president.
He argued
