By imarisha (self media writer) | 1 month ago
Deputy President William Ruto is currently touring Isiolo after visiting the pastoralist counties today. Before the practical day, when he will learn whether his efforts will be successful or not, he went there to look for additional support.
Speaking to the people of Isiolo, the second in command disclosed that the Isiolo leaders who back Azimio La Umoja One Kenya during the day call him at night to confirm their presence together, but they only do so out of fear of being charged by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI).
"Don't worry, none of your leaders support me during the day, but they call me at night to express their fear that if they appear to be supporting me, they will be detained by the DCI and held in custody," according to the second in command.
The deputy president went on to say that he is the best choice for Kenyans and is the one who is qualified to lead the country's economic liberation by putting his bottom-up strategy into practice, which will lead to the struggling Kenyans improving their lives.
