Just In: Supreme Court Expected To Make. Final Judgement Tomorrow On Presidential Petitions

In the Republic of Kenya, the Supreme Court is considered to be one of the most important institutions. This is the highest court in the land, and it must deal with a wide variety of topics on a regular basis, including the election of the president, among other things. Hon. Martha Koome, who is currently serving as the Chief Justice of Kenya, is in charge of this court at the present time.

Now, on this day, reports have surfaced regarding a ruling that will soon be handed down by this court. According to what can be seen in the papers, this court, through its registrar, made the announcement that they will be giving out their full ruling on the previous presidential petition. According to the registrar, the judgment that will be handed down tomorrow will provide all of the specifics of their decision to confirm Dr. William Samoe Ruto's victory in the august election.

Nevertheless, the registrar stated that this ruling will be sent to them through email, and that it will be accessible for any and all citizens of Kenya to view for themselves. The primary purpose of this judgment is to demonstrate that the apex court made the correct decision regarding the presidential petition. To do so, the judges will explain the rationale behind their decision to throw out the petition.
