Coming at the rear of an uproar from a piece of Tanga Tanga members who accused the Royal Media-owned TV station of leaning towards, Wamuchomba said she had also observed that the DP's campaigns were being given little airtime.
Taking to her Facebook on Saturday, October 16, the fire-breathing lawmaker said after watching the news for seven days, she had come to the conclusion that Citizen TV was more skewed towards Raila.
In her analysis, the previous radio presenter said there should exist a principle of fair play where news coverage must be balanced credibly and factually.
She further called on the Communications Authority of Kenya to intervene and ensure fair play for all media houses.
Ironically, some weeks ago, leaders and bloggers drawn from the hustler nation, asked their followers to boycott Citizen TV and even further asking them to unfollow the TV's social media pages. This was after Ruto attended a divine service in Kieni Nyeri which was preceded by chaos. The DP allies were left with a nasty taste in their mouths over Citizen TV's coverage of the fracas.
