The One Kenya Alliance got a major boost after Ford Asili joined them ahead of 2022 general elections.
One Kenya Principals lead by Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Kanu chairman Gideon Moi and Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetang’ula, welcomed Kenya African Democratic Union (Kadu) Asili and affirmed their commitment to work with all like-minded political parties.
Led by former Malindi MP Lucas Maitha said who said that they were open to working with progressive leaders in a bid to create a formidable team that will form government after 2022 elections.
Maitha added that hus party decided to join the OKA team because the principals can be trusted with leadership of the country and they are humble leaders who are humble and ready to listen to others.
ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi said during the event that no one will be left out as he and other leaders are on the route to uniting the country ahead of 2022 general elections.
"We are talking to other leaders also in various parts of the country in a bid to unite this country. If you don't reach out to us, we will come for you,” said Mudavadi.
On the other news, DP Ruto received a major blow after his close ally dump the UDA party ahead of the 2022 general elections.
Purity Ngirici is on her way out of UDA. Ngirici said that she is ready to ditch the party if things don't go according to plan. The lawmaker said that she is tethered to UDA like a goat.
