The results that came out showed the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party leader William Ruto topping the chart with a popularity of 38 percent followed by the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party leader Raila Odinga with a 23 percent.

The Amani National Congress leader, Musalia Mudavadi, came third with a popularity of 2 percent, followed by the Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, who came fourth with 1 percent.
