Former National Treasury and finance Cabinet Secretary Hon Ukur Yattani has this morning in what appeared to turn tables for President William Ruto washed his hands over the alleged payment of Kshs 15 billion within 26 minutes in the run-up to the 2022 general election, when he claimed that even the head of state requested Kshs 127.5 Billion in the same Route Uhuru Did.
Via a report by the standard group, it is emerging that Ukur Yattan used article 233 of the Constitution to disburse funds to Both Uhuru and Ruto's offices of the President hence no need for causing unnecessary panic and trying to create a perception that he (Ukur) was facilitating the looting of money from public scoffers.
All the same, Ukur Yattan has denied looting any public Money even as he said he is ready to be summoned by the Relevant authorities to clear his name from dirty picture.
