Kakamega senator Boni Kahlwale has shared his opinion on the alleged sour relationship that has been portrayed to be between Nairobi governor Johnson Sakaja and deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.The senator's reaction was in response to what the Nairobi governor had revealed in an interview with Citizen TV on Tuesday.
In the interview on Tuesday woth Citizen TV, governor Johnson set things straight saying he had no problem with the deputy president citing that maybe they do not agree on some issues but they were good.The deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has of late shown his displeasure on some of the decisions the first time governor jas been making.He once urges him to stop making critical decisions without involving the party structure.
Boni Khalwale in his reaction to Sakaja revealing that he had no issues with the deputy,reacted by saying it was good news to hear that and the issue should now be laid to rest.He instead accused politicians aligned to the ODM party for instigating a tiff between the deputy president and the Nairobi governor yet they were the ones who were on the frontline in scuttling Sakaja's political ambitions last year.
"Good.And now let it rest there. The same @TheODMparty inistigators of this tiff are the same ones who were tormenting u with endless litigation to block you from running for the position of Governor of Nairobi," Khalwale said.
